I signed up with Legally Mine for the Asset protection package at a dental conference in Jan 2025. This was the only package they offered that included creation of legal entities (LLCs) which was all I was interested in. The package also included estate planning and tax saving strategies and it cost $6,800. In the first few months there was decent communication and they completed the estate planning and tax savings which again I was not interested in. When it came time to create the entities, I provided all the requested information to them and then it was silence. I would get no responses to my emails, I was ghosted, and I started to think that maybe I was scammed. Then I started getting monthly bills after the year was up for their monthly service. How could I be getting billed for a service that had not been provided. I finally got a hold of someone who informed me that I must have fallen through the cracks. This still doesn't explain why no one ever responded to my emails, especially my dedicated client coordinator REMOVED. When I signed up they stated a full refund if the tax savings didn't cover the cost of the program...well, without the multiple entity creations, nothing has changed. The company only offered to refund $3,200 for the unfinished entity creation. I am formally requesting a full refund of $6,800. I have had no tax savings, no creation of entites, and I never desired the estate planning but they told me it was included so may as well. I am an REMOVEDmember serving overseas and the last thing I need is to deal with this. This company did not provide was was promised and I want a full refund.

Im very sorry for any frustration caused during the process. We take your feedback seriously and do not want any of our clients to feel unsupported.
I do want to clarify a few things that were completed on our end.
Within a few month of initiating service with you we had created a full asset-protection blueprint outlining our recommendations for your structure and we also prepared your living trust along with the accompanying estate planning documents. Additionally, you completed a full tax-strategy appointment with our tax strategist, REMOVED, who is both a REMOVEDand an attorney. That meeting included coordination with your personal accountant to review implementation of the strategy as well.
Where the process unfortunately stalled was during the corporation creation phase. Without getting into specific details, Legally Mine cannot create entities for any clients against whom there is current legal action being taken, even if that legal action begins during the setup process. Once legal action is in place, we cannot continue setting up new entities, as doing so could expose both the client and our company to additional legal risk.
Additionally, based on our records, our entity creation team required updated billing confirmation and certain final details before they were able to proceed with the filings. While this requirement prevented the entities from being finalized at that time, we acknowledge that we should have communicated more clearly and consistently about what was needed and the status of the process. The lack of timely follow-up from our side understandably created frustration, and for that we sincerely apologize. We have since updated this part of our billing updates system to provide clearer communication for future clients.
Given the work that was completed on our end, we believe the 65% refund that was offered is fair and appropriately reflects the services that were already provided. That said, we remain open to continuing the conversation and working toward a resolution if you feel a different resolution else is more reasonable.

I enrolled with Legally Mine late August in a meeting in Puerto Rico. After 1 week, I decided to withdraw from the contract within the allowed time. No work was done and I have requested the $9,800 charged to my CC to be refunded. I have sent more than 7 emails and talked to them. They are giving the run around and have not sent refund. My skepticism of doing business with them, is being validated. I hope they don’t scam me with the money. I would hate to report them to the state level authorities.

Legally Mine did a presentation during a Chiropractic Conference. We were happy to sign up, and thought that we would get all of our items taken care of within a year. We were clear that we did not want to go beyond that and they assurred us that they could get everything done within a year. They did not. Presently, the trust is still not filed. While there is and has been written instructions, they are for people or entities that are familiar with the processes and language. We do not have a filed trust, do not have log in information for the entities that were created, did not renew because they could not get lawyers in time, and we started out with the understanding that we did not want to continue services. After I started to have problems with them, I read many other complaints relating to the same issues. Timeliness, unlcear instructions, and a push to keep services well after the year initial agreement, among others. The trusts are so complicated that other trust attorneys are questioning why they are set up this way, and explaining that the upkeep to keep these entities is much more than an average trust would need. They do what they say - but slowly, complicated, and with the agenda of keeping you hooked in to a monthly plan

You signed up in March 2023 and met with our team three times that same month to create an organized blueprint and asset protection structure. After those meetings, your documents were sent out on March 28, 2023, but weren’t signed and returned until September 21, 2023. Our records show you wanted to wait until July/August to adjust the names of certain entities. During that time, our team stayed in touch and held three additional appointments with our attorneys to review your trust and entity questions.
Once the completed paperwork was received, your entities and trust structure were finalized in about six months total, which is typical once documents are signed. Your trust was completed in January 2024. When you received it, you requested several updates, and we were happy to make those changes—however, no follow-up appointment with our Estate Planning team was ever scheduled or held to finalize them.
When we saw that you felt you needed more time, we added four free months of Premium Plus service to make up for any miscommunication on our end and make it clear we didn’t want you to have to pay anything extra. We certainly don’t have any agenda to keep clients hooked into ongoing plans. Our goal is always to complete each client’s structure fully and correctly, not to extend billing unnecessarily. We set up all your entities without us as the registered agent, since you preferred to manage renewals yourself knowing that you did not want to pay for ongoing service.
Later in the process, we understand there was some confusion with the new federal Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting. The federal mandate changed several times during that period, which caused challenges for both our team and LLC owners nationwide. Once the final rules went into effect, we reached out several times for the required ID documents to complete your filings.
We also offered a complimentary implementation appointment to walk through your binder step-by-step, but it was declined at the time. We completely understand that parts of this process felt unclear and that some of the new compliance requirements were frustrating. Since then, we’ve improved how we explain timelines, renewals, and expectations so future clients have a smoother experience.
We’d still be happy to meet with you to finish the updates to the trust and to review your binder and answer any remaining questions. Paid $9800 in March for their services . Received a call later that they can not provide service in REMOVEDand my payment would be refunded. They have never done so. Email correspondence with them indicates they will refund in the order in which requests are made. It is now 4 months and they have not refunded any of the money. The credit card denied our dispute because we had no paperwork. Only the verbal denial of service.

This law firm fraudulently and illegally dissolved my FL based business (LLC) without my request nor permission. The action happened in March of 2025 and by May 29th of 2025 the action has not been reversed although they are aware of their wrongdoing. This has cost my business greatly as we have not been able to operate with a dissolved LLC.

Very disappointed. They did a presentation at a medical society meeting in Florida . They were endorsed by the medical society sponsoring the meeting. What a mistake I made signing with them. First I had my finances and assets well protected but they told me that I was paying too much on taxes and they could save me a "bundle". Since I did not need the asset protection from their services, they sold me the tax saving part of their services for a mere $2500 instead of the full package of $8000. So gullible that I am, I fell for it. We had some conference calls and basically the "attorney I was working with said that he wasn't a tax attorney and referred me to the tax attorney. We had one conference call and when I called for the follow up the appointments never developed, he was busy or on vacation, whatever but not available. eventually they stop answering my emails and I am out $2500 and still paying quite a bit in income taxes. No refund.
Last email I sent I asked for refund or I would leave a bad review, email was ignored so here it is.

To prepare for that meeting, our tax team reviewed your submitted tax returns, organized your file, and tailored a strategy specific to your situation. I went to a Legally mine business presentation back in 2014, paid $5000.00 and they continued to bill me monthy premiums on top of that to my credit card which I noticed. Nothing they promised was delivered. NOTHING. No one bothered to call and follow up. That was without ANY Services -- without making any LLC or any estate plan. No one contacted me. May 27, 2023 I purchased their product under the condition of a money back guarantee for $8400. Was told if I did not save that much on my taxes in the next year then I would receive a refund. Was told by their attorney I would not qualify and should be refunded in June 2023. Was then told by their accounting department in June 2023 I had to go through their steps for a year to qualify. I did every step that was told to me over the next 12 months. Now it has been a year and I did not save $8400 on my taxes with their strategies. They are now making multiple excuses stating I did not do what was told in order not to refund me. I had multiple conversations with their attorneys and accounting department through out the year to ensure I was following all of their stipulations. Despite multiple emails with them they delay replying and are not issuing the refund as promised.

In February 2023 I paid $8,000 to Legally Mine to provide asset protection and reduce federal income taxes. They tout that if you do not save more in taxes than you paid legally mine you can obtain a full refund. I am not saving any money on taxes with the blueprint Legally mine has set up. I would like a refund as stated in the contract and assurances of the company when I attended the REMOVEDin February.The WORECR safe asset LP is costing me a big headache right now because I have to pay a business privilege tax. Please dissolve it immediately. I see no value in it and it does not save on taxes.The WORECR high risk asset LLC is also costing money for no good reason. The tractor and other high risk assets already in the Southland stables LLC. Please dissolve it immediately. On September 8, 2023, October 15, 2023, and November 15, 2023, Legally Mine charged my credit card a total of $8,500, despite the fact that I never received any services from this company. According to the agreement contract, which I carefully reviewed, I was promised a full refund if I canceled within three days.
On the first day of our interaction, I made it clear to their consultant that I did not require your services and requested a refund. Subsequently, I was scheduled to speak with Ricardo on September 18, 2023. However, despite multiple attempts, I was unable to connect with Ricardo as he did not answer my calls.
In an effort to resolve the matter, I initiated a dispute with my credit card company. To my surprise, Legally Mine provided only the front page of the agreement contract during the dispute process, conveniently omitting the back page, which clearly indicates my right to a refund within three days of commencement.
Upon finally reaching Ricardo and explaining my situation, I was informed that due to the credit card dispute, I would not be eligible for a refund. This is both unfair and a clear violation of the agreement, as I had canceled within the specified timeframe.
I find this entire experience to be unprofessional and unacceptable. I am formally requesting a full refund of $8,500 as per the terms outlined in the agreement.

I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for your recent communication regarding the dispute and cancellation process. I appreciate the opportunity to address the issues raised.
Firstly, I want to clarify the timeline of events. On 9/8, I explicitly communicated my intention to cancel the service to your staff. I was assured that Ricardo from billing would contact me on 9/15 to proceed with the cancellation. However, despite my repeated attempts to reach Ricardo and follow up on 9/15 and subsequent days, I did not receive any response until five months later, when I finally reached out via email after obtaining his contact information from your staff.
Secondly, I must highlight the lack of proactive communication from your end. Despite my efforts to contact Ricardo and Amanda over several months, there was no response or follow-up from your team, contrary to what was promised. Even after assurances from Amanda that she would follow up, no action was taken until I initiated contact through email.
Thirdly, regarding the legal aspect of the contract, it is important to note that only the front page was submitted to my credit company during the dispute, omitting crucial information from the back page. The back page of the contract clearly states my right to a full refund if I choose to terminate the service within three days, which I attempted to do on the first day. Additionally, your company's guarantee of a full refund if I am not satisfied, as stated during the seminar, further supports my request for reimbursement, especially considering that I did not utilize the service.
In light of these discrepancies and the failure to adhere to the terms outlined in the contract, I urge you to reconsider your stance on the dispute and honor the terms for a full refund as specified. I remain open to resolving this matter amicably and trust that we can reach a mutually satisfactory solution.

Thank you for your continued communication regarding this matter, and for sharing your honest feedback.
As mentioned, our records show that there was no desire of cancelling until after we had scheduled and held our Blueprint Questionnaire a week after work was started with us. From there we scheduled a call with our billing to see if there were any aspects of our service you still needed. On the day of the scheduled call, our representative, Ricardo, attempted to reach you but was unsuccessful. When you returned the call that day, Ricardo was in another meeting but promptly called back 30 minutes later, though there was no answer again. No further communication was received from the client until the charge dispute was filed 2 months later. Had an attempt to contact us been made after our last outreach or had the intention to cancel been communicated earlier this would have been an easy discussion. However, no such communication occurred before the dispute. We regret not trying harder to keep communication live once we didn't connect after we last called you. This is something we will evaluate internally so there aren't any more occurrences like this in the future.
